You understand that Itsy Cotton Pte Ltd may or may not send you information on promotions if you have subscribed to receive any promotional information or other relevant messages.

In compliance with the PDPA, we will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone or facsimile numbers belonging to you unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so. If you have previously given us consent (in any other form or medium), we will continue to send you marketing messages until you advise us in writing that you wish to withdraw the consent.

Another way to unsubscribe from our emails is by clicking "Unsubscribe" option usually found at the bottom of the email. 

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

13. How will I know if this Privacy Policy has changed?

We reserve all our rights to amend, change or edit this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. Any such change will be shown on this page. Please check our Privacy Policy periodically for changes.

You agree to such changes to our Privacy Policy and accept the use of our services governed by this Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Websites.
